"Support of people of Siberia" Charitable foundation was established on November 12, 2002 in the City of Moscow to assist to persons requiring help such as infant orphans, non-adults, children without parents' charge, handicapped persons, homeless persons, old people and therefore organizations which are engaged in the care of the above mentioned groups of people (children's homes, hostels, orphan's homes, old people's homes, nursing homes, founding homes and other organizations of similar type) on the territory of Russia and CIS member-states.

Sources of the formation of the assets of the Foundation are voluntary payments and contributions from natural persons, organizations and states of the world.

The Founder and the President of the Foundation is Stanislav Politschuk .

Subsequently one can not rule out the possibility of expansion of the territory and the scope of the activity of the Foundation beyond the borders of Russia and CIS member-states and its transformation to an international charitable organization
